Founded 2022 — Active
The advent of Blockchain technology and advances in quantum computing, along with emerging applications of Artificial Intelligence across these domains, provided the inspiration to undergo a radical re-tooling.
Previous tools and libraries of machine learning (ML), AI, and adaptive process control modules utilized legacy technologies and control system platforms. New advances unlocked possibilities in IoT, distributed, and modular control strategies with unlimited scaling capacity and intrinsic security — there would be no more appropriate time to retool than March of 2022 with the founding of BC Automation, Inc.
Founded 2024 — Active
ReEnergy, LLC strengthens Grid Resilience & Renewable Integration. BC Automation established ReEnergy to address the growing challenges of grid resilience and spilled renewable energy capture.
Leveraging advanced automation, AI-driven analytics, and wide-bandgap semiconductor technology, ReEnergy develops solutions to optimize energy storage, stabilize power networks, and maximize the utilization of renewable resources. By integrating modern control systems and Edge-to-Cloud™ intelligence, ReEnergy is redefining how industries manage and sustain energy infrastructure for a more reliable and efficient grid.

StoreMore, Inc. was founded to fill the need for innovative robotic and hard automation machinery, designing and building custom equipment and work cells for previously non-automated and poorly mechanized processes.
2001 – 2021
Thomas Schwieters founded ACSS, Inc. with the pursuit of building a manufacturing intelligence-focused system integration and automation firm, working with Fortune 500 companies and small operators in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and CPG industries over a span of two decades.
